Policies

  • Meeting rooms at Midland Memorial Hospital are available for use by hospital staff and approved entities only.

     

  • Requests for use must be submitted online only via this website or by contacting the Event Supervisor.

     

  • Any materials planned to be attached to walls, floors, ceilings, furnishings; etc must be approved by the Event Supervisor before use. No materials that will cause damage to any area or property will be allowed. Parties will be charged for damages that occur during their events.

     

  • No booths, tables, chairs or decorations can obstruct fire exits.

     

  • Recurring meetings can be scheduled out up to 12 months.

     

  • Patrons using our facilities must agree to follow our room etiquette policies.

     

  • All catering and media requests must be made via this website. There may be minimum order limits needed to fulfill requests. Please contact the Event Supervisor if you have questions or need to host an event for fewer people.

     

  • ALL cancellations for rooms, catering or media reservations must be made via this website. Changes can be made by completing a Change Order Request form. Late cancellations may incur a fee depending upon the time made and the circumstances.

     

  • Any room reservation made after 3:30 pm for the same day will need to call Facilities to ensure the heat and/or air will be on and adjusted accordingly. Also any room reservations made for the weekend will need to call Security to unlock the doors, and Facilities for air control during the meeting time. There is no room setup or caterings on the weekends.

     

  • If you have a room reserved please note that if no one has shown up for event within 30 minutes of start time the event will be considered cancelled and all applicable charges will be applied.
